So I’ve discovered that it’s not so easy making fresh pasta under pressure in front of a large group! I think I may have succeeded in putting everyone off ever making it at home, but after wrestling with the dough for a while we eventually managed to make some lovely tortelloni filled with ricotta cheese and kale. We also whipped up a nice carrot cake with rapeseed oil and honey. Plus a hundred vegetable samosas for the Bolly Bhang fundraising night at the Kinning Park Complex on Sat 22nd March!
I have since made a load of tortellloni at home without a hitch. Try it with some of the new Spring wild garlic in the filling!
